MOTHER NURTURE FAIRY TALES
Mother Nurture Fairy Tales was formed in 2011 by my husband and me. I met Stanley in late 2001. We played music together and needed to meet in order to discuss and learn harmony parts. It was within the first meeting that he shared his love of puppets, namely wooden Pelham Puppets. Over years we performed at juried art shows and discovered a puppet maker named; Lucy. She with her family created wonderful soft sculpture puppets. Later we added puppets from Folkmanis. We amassed quite a collection. What does one do with such a collection? Something fantastic and heartfelt. Currently, I utilize the puppets with parents working to bridge challenges with their children. I have written many stories that aim to be released as digital short films. The first one is titled; "Sebastian Goes 'Sploring". Please see our trailer below.
